Tutu Beautiful decorations have two distinct ways of being attached to your tutu skirt.
Overlay style: Easier to attach and remove from your tutu. Simply lay your pattern on the tutu, sew down the decoration around hips where the netting and basque meet. Tack rim down in random spots using tagging gun
Basic Style: Requires first anchoring down the decoration like above using pins or tagging gun, sewing the outline of the decoration to your tutu, anchoring points around the decoration to tutu, then carefully trimming excess netting off. Do not cut your tutu!!!
